British outdoor staycations doesn’t get any more picturesque than this. This has to be one of caravaning’s best kept secrets. Imagine a peaceful location nestled between a soft-flowing river and a beautiful old windmill. What’s more, there’s a brewery attached!

It’s the perfect stopover for a Batemans Brewery visit. Or simply for exploring this beautiful part of Lincolnshire, with Skegness and beautiful rural spots such as the National Trust’s Gunby Estate nearby or the Lincolnshire Wolds.

The Batemans Brewery Caravan site overlooks the River Steeping on one side and Batemans Brewery on the other.

The site welcomes Caravans, Motorhomes and Campervans with 19 grass pitches with electrical hook-ups.

We can extened the site to accommodate 26 touring vans for Rallies under their own flag.

The Woolpack pub is only a five-minute walk away and Old Chequers in nearby Croft, both serve delicious food and Batemans beer, of course.

Number of Guests

Up to the maximum birth per caravan with a ceiling of 6 people per van.

Deposit & Payment Terms

½ full payment up front, full payment 28 days before.

Cancellations

(See special Covid-19 cancellation policy, (full refund)).
Cancel more than 28 days prior, you forfeit any payments made.
Cancel before 28 days of attendance receive 20% back of any payment made.

Minimum Stay

3 nights in high season, 2 nights in low season.
Bank holiday bookings should be Friday, Saturday, Sunday night.

Free Brewery Tours (for caravanners only)
Available, once per week subject to conditions.
