Book Early – Training Courses are in Demand
As part of Batemans commitment to our trade customers, we run a number of popular Professional Development courses for publicans & licensees. The January courses were pretty much all filled with just two spaces across the three courses.
With that in mind we’re encouraging licensees and their staff to book courses early to avoid missing out. Feedback from the first set of courses was extremely positive, so we expect the March sessions to be heavily subscribed.

Running a pub successfully
A course for existing licensees who are looking to develop their skills or refresh their knowledge. Also suitable for new licensees or people looking to run a pub. This is a comprehensive course with modules on; finance, stock control, employment law, business management, customer service, energy conservation, licensing, catering, food allergens, social media, drugs awareness and wine.

BIIAB Level 2 Award for Personal Licence Holders (APLH)
A course for anyone with an existing licenced qualification who’s looking to enhance their understanding of and responsibilities under the current licensing laws.
