Running a Pub Successfully
This qualification has been constructed to provide established licensees, with the opportunity to develop their skills and refresh their knowledge. The course is also of great benefit to those new to running, or looking to run, a pub. It provides an overview of the essential skills and knowledge needed to run a successful pub business. Our specialists cover the following with an introduction to the Pub Trade, Basic Finance, Stock Control, Customer Service, Drug Awareness, Cellar Management & Energy Conservation.
Also covered are the systems you need to put in place, the questions you need to ask yourself and the decisions you need to make to determine the direction of your future.
