BIIAB approved training
The Batemans Training Centre has been approved by the British Institute of Innkeeper’s (BII) and its awarding body (BIIAB). Our BIIAB Grade 1 Centre status means we have in place outstanding systems and quality procedures.
Our range of training programmes are not only focused on personal and professional development but are also designed to help maximise business profits and encourage job satisfaction.
The courses also help employers and employees to negotiate the confines of legislation and regulations, giving them the confidence to focus on driving their businesses forward.
The perfect training venue
Our training takes place in our iconic windmill, overlooking a beautiful spot by the River Steeping. Inside, the old beams and brickwork make for a warm, authentic and stimulating atmosphere; a far cry from a modern hotel’s conference facilities – and at the end of each course, delegates can unwind in our historic Windmill Venue.
