Reduced Risk, Business Purchase Agreement

We appreciate that these are very strange times and that many people are feeling concerned about the future. We have considered how we can address people’s concerns, reduce the risks associated with owning a business and try to ensure reasonable working hours and family holidays, whilst reaping the rewards of owning a business and being able to sell it, but also being given the opportunity to give notice to leave early should circumstances change.

This agreement gives you the opportunity to purchase, at very low cost (as little as £8,000) and subsequently sell on at a profit, whilst we support you with a contribution of up to £1,000 per year to utility costs and up to £1,000 per year towards a family holiday.

Profit Partnership Plus Agreement

The people running our pubs either on a ‘Profit Partnership Plus Agreement’ or a ‘Reduced Risk, Business Purchase Agreement’  know that the way in which we work with them is based on ‘Good Honest Pubs, Run By Good Honest People’. No trade jargon. Just fair, transparent agreements and award-winning business support.

With a ‘Profit Partnership Plus Agreement’  you would lay down a deposit (called the Profit Partnership Investment) and take over the running of the business, with our support, on a self-employed basis. This would involve you paying us an agreed rent and buying your drinks products from us at free-trade ‘cash and carry’ prices. When you wish to leave the business, within the terms of your agreement, you are able to pass the business back to us and we will reimburse your Profit Partnership Investment, having taken depreciation of inventory into account.
