If I apply online, how do I get my loyalty card?
We’ll send your loyalty card by post, to the address you provided when registering.
If I don’t have my loyalty card with me at the pub, can I still earn points?
Yes, if you can remember your loyalty card number. We can pop your number in at the till and your points will be added to your account. Otherwise, you can send a copy of your receipt to the Batemans Rewards Team at Batemans HQ, and they’ll add your points via the central system.
I’ve lost my loyalty card. How do I get a new one?
Just contact the brewery on 01754 880317, ask for a member of the Batemans Rewards Team and tell them your address. They’ll sort you out with a new loyalty card, no problem. They’ll also suspend your old loyalty card and transfer any points over on to your new card.
Can I exchange my points for cash?
There is no cash value for your points.
Will I get emails from Batemans Rewards?
Yes, but you won’t be bombarded. You’ll only get emails about events, important notifications, including changes to the loyalty scheme, or if you’ve opted in to hear about offers and promotions. Also, you’ll only receive these for the pub(s) in which you use your loyalty card. You can, of course, unsubscribe at any time.
