Individual wine of the month
Our next individual wine of the month is Cono Sur Riesling. This is a new wine to Ridlingtons, but one that we hope will be an instant hit with your customers. A Chilean Riesling, this is a full-bodied yet perfectly balanced wine with delicate notes of grapefruit, quince and lemon, all set off by aromas of peach and jasmine. It’s very intense and with a unique likeability.

The beauty of this Riesling is that is pairs especially well with seafood and spicy Asian food. It is also perfect as an aperitif, making this a versatile addition to your wine list.

Wine case of the month
July’s case of the month is Monologo Rioja Crianza, which featured individually as June’s wine of the month. This proved a popular choice, probably due to the fact that this wine is great for any occasion, as it can be enjoyed by itself or paired with cured and grilled meat, cheese, rice or pasta.
