Cherry Gin

• Inspired by long history of fruit gins, as well as the general awesomeness of sloe gin
• Made by combining a classic base gin recipe with both sweet and sour Marasca cherries
• Rich and thick – good enough to enjoy poured over ice-cream!
• Served with Premium Cola and a wedge of Lime squeezed in

 

 

 

Strawberry & Balsamico Gin

• Dive into decadence with the peerless flavour combination of luscious strawberry, unctuous balsamico and crisp gin
• Produced using a base of classic gin with the addition of fresh strawberries, strawberry and black pepper distillates and the very finest balsamic vinegar money can buy
• The balsamic vinegar used is Aceto di Balsamico tradizionale di Modena DOP, which is aged between 12 and 25 years in casks made from chestnut, cherry, oak, mulberry, ash and juniper (of course)
• Served with Cream Soda or Mediterranean Tonic Water

 

Spit Roasted Pineapple Gin

• A modern twist on a style of gin popular in the 1920s
• Whole pineapples are coated in demerara sugar, then roasted on a spit until caramelised
• Combined with a particularly vibrant gin, featuring classic botanicals like juniper, orange and cinnamon
• Served with Ginger Beer and a wedge of Lime

 

 

Rhubarb Triangle Gin

• Made with rhubarb sources solely from Leeds, Bradford and Wakefield, combined with a tasty gin
• Perfectly balances the rhubarb’s trademark tartness with a touch of sweetness
• Served with Ginger Ale and a wedge of Lime
