Batemans launch Helimed 29 to support the Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance
Help us raise funds for our nominated charity
Batemans is proud to be brewing a new charity beer, Helimed 29, to support the Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance. The Lincs and Notts Air Ambulance collaboration is a natural fit for Batemans as it is based in and supports our heartland around Lincolnshire. Helimed 29 will run from 1st April – 31st May 2019, with 10p per pint sold being donated to this fantastic charity.
Helimed 29 continues this year’s British brewing theme as a ‘Best of British’ amber bitter with caramel, malt and hoppy undertones. Our last beer, Batemans Last Post, raised £2000 for ABF – The Soldiers Charity, and we hope that this craft beer will do even better.
The Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance is one of the UK’s leading Helicopter Emergency Medical Service (HEMS) Charities*. Based at RAF Waddington in Lincolnshire, the crew is currently operational between 7am-7pm and serves Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire. The state-of-the-art helicopter and highly-skilled Pilots, Paramedics and Doctors give some of the most critically ill and injured people their very best chance of survival.
