Batemans Helimed 29 supports the Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance

Thank you for helping to raise funds for our nominated charity

Batemans charity beer, Helimed 29, supporting the Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance, has raised over £1200. From the sale of every pint, 10p was donated by Batemans to the fund, resulting in much needed funds for the charity. The collaboration was a natural fit for Batemans as it is based in and supports our heartland around Lincolnshire. Managing Director, Stuart Bateman said: “We live in a beautiful county, with open spaces, beaches, woods and country pubs. But this can mean access to urgent medical attention can be difficult. This makes the Ambucopter and the dedicated, skilled individuals involved so important to us all. We are really pleased to have been involved and raised funds for this fantastic cause with our Helimed 29 beer.”

About the Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance
The Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance is one of the UK’s leading Helicopter Emergency Medical Service (HEMS) Charities*. Based at RAF Waddington in Lincolnshire, the crew is currently operational between 7am-7pm and serves Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire.  Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance Corporate Development Fundraiser Tanya Taylor said: “We are all absolutely thrilled about working with Batemans during our 25^th Anniversary year. We are so grateful for the donation, this will go to funding our helicopter, its pilots, doctors and paramedics, who fly 365 days a year. Each mission we fly costs approx. £2,500, so every penny raised will help save a life. What was also great to see was supporters were keen to get involved and shared photos on social media- in turn local pubs learnt more about the charity and it was a simple and lovely way to support Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance.”
