Ayala Rosé is a fantastic quality and superb value rosé Champagne from the House of Ayala. Ayala was one of the elite founding members of the 26 strong syndicate of France’s most prestigious Champagne producers and was the Champagne of the 1920’s.  Almost 100 years later Ayala is gaining in popularity once again having come under the ownership of Bollinger.

Why Ayala Rosé Champagne is so distinctive
The  unusually high proportion of Chardonnay in the Ayala blend gives it tremendous elegance and poise.  The nose and palate are full of gentle red fruit character with hints of strawberries and raspberries. It’s dry and refreshing yet light and expressive with a lengthy and voluptuous finish.

Ayala Rosé is fantastic drunk on its own, but its versatility makes it an excellent match for salmon, canapes, chicken dishes, lamb chops or red fruit desserts.  To enjoy this excellent Champagne at its best serve in a tulip shaped glass, flared, wide and high.
