Our Courses
Our Windmill Training Centre is the location for an extensive range of courses, delivered by experts within the field, which cover all of the areas that play a pivotal role in running an exceptional outlet.
Core courses include the "BIIAB Award in Beer and Cellar Quality", "Batemans Cellar Management – Quality Counts" and "Running a Pub Successfully", in addition to a number of courses that are available by request. The cost of each course includes the use of all the Visitors Centre facilities, brewery tour and lunch.
All courses are designed so the day is enjoyable as well as informative.
