Whether you are looking to hold a small meeting for up to 14 people, or a large conference for 80 delegates, we are able to accommodate you and meet your every requirement. Our Windmill Board Room and the Patricia Room offer the perfect venue, with full access to a wide range of conference equipment.
Located within an old windmill, overlooking a paddock and the River Steeping, the Windmill Board Room offers a unique and exciting venue for smaller meetings, which is guaranteed to keep attendees interested and stimulated. The environment is stunning, with open beams and rustic brickwork running throughout.
If it is a larger capacity venue that you require, the Patricia Room offers one of the most interesting and appealing conference facilities in the country. Containing part of the record breaking collection of bottled beers from around the world, the Patricia Room has gained a tremendous reputation.
Both function rooms have all modern presentation aids including PowerPoint, video, screen, OHP, flip charts and emailing facilities.
Entertainment can also be provided to help break up the day. Guests are invited to join a brewery tour during breakout sessions, in addition to pub games and competitions, which may be organised if requested.
As part of our conference packages, we can offer use of the Entertainment Room, Mill Bar and Artefacts Room as well as a walk around the Brewery Experience.
We have a wide range of menus to chose from, which range from finger buffets to silver service, depending on you catering needs and delegate numbers.
For those requiring overnight accommodation, hotel facilities can be found in Wainfleet, or just five miles away, in Skegness, where four star accommodation is on offer.
