At Batemans we are 100% committed to providing excellent training for our staff, tenants and customers. With this in mind we have put together an extensive training programme, which will not only assist individuals with their development, but is designed to help maximise the profits of the business that they work in and the job satisfaction of all staff members. The courses also aim to assist employers and employees to work within the confines of legislation and regulations, giving them confidence to focus on driving their businesses forward. Our training centre is inside an old windmill which backs onto a disused bakery. The architecture and old beams create a warm and interesting environment to keep you stimulated throughout the whole of your course.
Our Visitors Centre has many interesting exhibits and after each course there is the opportunity of a guided Brewery Tour.
