CIEH Level 2 Food Safety in Catering

Course Length: 1 Day Course
9.30am - 3.30pm

This qualification is designed to ensure compliance with current legislation relating to your business.
Course includes CIEH certification, course book, relevant handouts and refreshments/lunch.
The course concludes with a short multiple choice examination.

COURSE CONTENT

• Legislation – including Safer Food Better Business documentation
• Food safety hazards
• Temperature control, refrigeration, chilling
• Cooking, hot/cold holding and reheating
• Food handling
• Principles of safe food storage
• Cleaning
• Food premises and equipment

Cost:
£70+ VAT (including exam fee, work book and lunch)
