Course Details: In order to qualify for a personal licence an applicant must hold a licensing qualification. The Level 2 Award for Personal Licence Holders (APLH) has been specifically designed to meet the statutory requirements of the Licensing Act 2003. It is both Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF) accredited and Government approved. This course enables candidates to understand the licensing law and includes the roles, responsibilities and functions of licensing authorities and the licence holder within the framework of the licensing objectives.
