The Butcher & Beast is a lovely pub in the much sought after village of Heighington not far from Lincoln. The pub has just had a fantastic refurbishment which has added to its character. The Butcher & Beast is famous for its cask ales. There is a wide range of Batemans beers always available as well as regular guests beers. As well as being famous for its beers it also has a wide range of gins and malt whiskys. The food is not to be missed, locally sourced produce, producing good honest British food. Along with the normal menu on a Monday evening it is Steak & Ale Pie night. (Not available on 26th Dec or 2nd Jan) Tuesday there is fresh Grimsby fish sered with mushy peas and chips (Not available on 27th Dec). Thursday is curry night. A curry with a pint of XB or a glass of wine £8.95 At the back of the pub there is a delightful beer garden that backs on to the village beck. Food Served: |
