Victory Ale

Hops: Goldings
Tasting Notes:

Dark amber, strong English ale brimming with biscuity roasted malt and succulent raisin and sultana fruits, combined with peppery spices producing a full body and delicious marmalade aroma.

Food Match: Cheese and Red Meat Dishes

Valentines XB and XXXB

ABV XB - 3.7%  /  XXXB - 4.8%    
Hops Goldings, Styrian and Challenger
Tasting Notes:

XB - A distinctive well balanced bitter, with a refreshing dry bitterness on the palate and a pleasing hoppy finish.


Contains: Wheat

XXXB - A superb classic bitter with a complex palate of robust hop flavour balanced by malt. Triple XB (XXXB) has been judged Premium Beer of the Year by The Campaign For Real Ale at the Great British Beer Festival on no less than five occasions.

Tasting Notes:

Light amber beer which is a blend of pale andcrystalised malts fused with citrusy hops, slowly matured to create a spciy character with a hint of cracker biscuit flavour.

Tasting Notes:

Chocolate coloured beer brewed with dark succulent chocolate malts which give a real fruity cocoa flavour offset by the citrus and appley character given by the hops.

Golden thirst quenching light beer, created by the fusion of succulent floral and citrus ripe hop flavours with crispy light coloured malts producing a clean, crisp character.

Tasting Notes:

Amber beer full of succulent blackcurrant and red fruit.  It is a perfect balance between biscuity malt, succulent spices, subtle bitterness and has a dry lingering character.

Golden, crisp and clean thirst quenching summer beer, with a lush lemon grass flavour from the Styrian hops and Lincolnshire malts which create the aroma of freshly harvested grain.

Lincolnshire Bitter

Hops: Bramling Cross, Goldings, Styrian & Challenger
Tasting Notes:

A Lincolnshire thoroughbred amber bitter, brewed with ripened barley from Caythorpe Heath, Lincolnshire and Driby spring water filtered through 200,000 year old Lincolnshire chalk, combined with Wainfleet hop vine leaves to create a spicy, grainy flavoured bitter fit for any Yellow Belly!

Food Match: Lincolnshire Sausages, Poacher Cheese and Lincoln Red Beef

A unique multigrain beer, which is a combination of malted barley, oats wheat and rye, creating a light coloured refreshing beer with a dry/sweet character and hints of citrus.

Tasting Notes:

A distinctive beer brewed using a combination of four classic hop varieties and three malts, to create a full bodied spicy beer, packed with character and flavour yet very 'moreish'
